It's Friday and I'm getting ready ready for yet another Jiu-Jitsu filled weekend that includes group and private classes, kids sessions, training cops, and of course our ladies in the pink belt program. There really is no better time to get into Jiu-Jitsu!

I am so excited to already have our first five Concealed Carry Carry Course dates locked in as well!

On the Women Empowered front, we have a FREE Seminar coming soon and February 21st marks the start of our 3rd Women Empowered Boot Camp!

Finally, and I can't tell you how excited I am about this one, Royler Gracie is coming to KC in less than TWO weeks! We cannot wait!
