I had one of my best training days yesterday that I've had in a long time! It was one of those sessions that pushed you to the limit in all the right ways without causing injury. A session you know you improved from. Now, the next two days are off days! I do not take those often but I have found they are critical to my overall growth. Embrace off days just as much as training days! They are just as valuable.
